Will it work with my website?

Yes. The assistant is one line of code added to the site you already have. We check your platform during setup. You do not need a rebuild.

Does it tell people it is an AI?

Yes. The website chat is labelled as an AI assistant in its header.

What if it does not know the answer?

It does not guess. It says it will have someone confirm, takes the person's details, and you follow up.

Can it move or cancel an appointment someone already has?

No. It takes new bookings only. Someone asking about an existing one is told someone will call them back, and you get their details.

What do I need to have?

A website, a Google Calendar and a Google Sheet. If you do not have the last two, we set them up with you during onboarding.
